Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic Program Management Senior Advisor to lead internal projects and communications for Accredo Pharmacy Operations inclusive of Client Services, Front End Pharmacy, Contact Center and PAC. The role is pivotal in ensuring employees understand our strategy, stay informed during business disruptions, and remain engaged through clear, timely, and impactful messaging.  This role serves as both a communications lead and a strategic partner to the VP of Operations, supporting leadership effectiveness, alignment, and execution across Accredo Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to Accredo Pharmacy Operations leadership, helping translate enterprise and functional strategy into clear, actionable communication and engagement plans.

  • Develop and execute communication plans that align with organizational goals. 

  • Manage internal communications related to operational updates, organizational announcements, and engagement initiatives. 

  • Partner with functional area leaders, human resources and corporate communications teams to understand needs and tailor messaging to align with workforce strategy, change management plans, and enterprise priorities.

  • Act as a central point of coordination for cross‑functional initiatives impacting Accredo Pharmacy Operations, ensuring consistent messaging, sequencing, and timing across teams.

  • Partner closely with the executive administrative team and other Chiefs of Staff to coordinate leadership priorities, meeting cadence, communications, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and seamless execution across leadership forums.

  • Lead planning and execution of leadership and cross‑functional team meetings, including agenda development, objective setting, pre‑reads, facilitation support, and follow‑through on decisions and action items to drive alignment and progress.

  • Prepare leaders for key moments by developing leadership talking points, briefing materials, FAQs, and supervisor huddle content to support change, transformation, and business continuity.

  • Select and leverage appropriate communication channels (email, video, supervisor huddle notes, monitor messaging, pop-up alerts, IRIS messaging) for maximum impact. 

  • Create content across multiple modalities, including written, video, and interactive formats. 

  • Utilize tools such as Camtasia, PoliteMail, MS Office Suite, Vidcast, and Vbrick; explore new technologies to enhance communication effectiveness. 

  • Ensure timely dissemination of information during business disruptions and organizational changes. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy, communications, operations, or a related role.

  • 3+ years leading projects or multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or operations setting. 

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across diverse media formats.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress in evolving environments.

  • Comfortable with technology and adaptable to emerging communication tools and AI-driven solutions.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to travel to attend internal and external meetings (domestic and international)


Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting healthcare or pharmacy operations.

  • Familiarity with change management and employee engagement practices.

  • Proficiency with Camtasia, PoliteMail, Vidcast, Vbrick, and other multimedia tools.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
