Job Description:
This job is responsible for achieving goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations working under guided supervision when needed. Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction.
Bank of America is seeking a Digital Channel Consultant for our award-winning digital banking platform which currently supports approximately 40 million active users, including approximately 31 million mobile users. The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing operational support of highly visible onsite and mobile marketing campaigns, via our workflow management tool, as well as provide leadership performance updates by channel, highlighting insights and key learnings with business partners and across our Digital Marketing team. Candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns on Bofa.com, within online banking and the mobile app. Candidate should have strong organizational, project management, relationship management, and QA skills.
Responsibilities include:
Analysis and reporting on channel and campaign performance.
Interacting with Technology and associates throughout the organization.
Managing team communications from leadership and managing and leading associate forums,
Maintaining and establishing routines for optimizing and improving channel management and performance
On-time delivery of routine deliverables and performance reports
Performance reporting and analysis along with providing recommendations for campaign optimization
Identifying and recommending improvement of existing reporting routines
Flexibility to support work requests on nights and weekends, if needed
Working with team members from various departments
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in the digital marketing with proven problem solving, data driven background, with demonstrated marketing or production experience.
Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) knowledge and experience preferred.
Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshoot targeting, tracking and page tags. Experience/Background in Technology.
Developing knowledge of AI/Machine Learning platforms.
Analytics and reporting experience (Microstrategy, Celebrus, Adobe Analytics platforms).
Understanding of BAC Offers Management and system dependencies a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
Project management experience required, including working knowledge of collaboration and workflow management tools (ex. Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an undefined space and be a team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve and is a creative thinker, who brings new ideas to the table.
Excellent communication and writing skills (with internal and external partners)
Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task efficiently and a strong attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter who shows initiative and ability to drive results
Process and systems knowledge used for marketing asset execution
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required - Knowledge of pivot tables, Power Query and macros in Excel needed.

Desired Qualifications:
Additional language proficiency in Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, French and/or Italian a plus.
Experience in leading development of compelling creative assets across digital marketing channels
Experience analyzing metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc.
A/B testing experience
eCommerce, digital, onsite, interactive media background
QA testing and validation experience
Content management system experience
Optimization within eCommerce or digital marketing
Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA or other) is a plus
Experience with mobile marketing is a plus
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Experience with Adobe Test & Target is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) a plus.
Adobe Photoshop Experience a plus
