Job Description:
This job is responsible for overseeing the pipeline of development, data validation, quality review, or sample execution deliverables to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test builds, maintenance, or samples to business partners to support the successful execution of testing. Key responsibilities include being accountable for accurate and timely delivery of test builds. Job expectations include ensuring applicable key performance indicator metrics are met and removing any roadblocks and/or will determining root cause and working to revise processes to prevent future issues.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the identification and handling of issue escalation/resolution to prevent delays in delivery and identify and leverage opportunities for automation where possible
Serves as an experienced member of the Development, Quality Assessment, or Sample Execution function
Interacts extensively with internal or external contacts to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems
Reviews test builds and maintenance and quality assessments
Confirms consistent quality of activities, processes, and outputs by establishing effective review practices
Manages the quality of the test design process in accordance with the Independent Testing Enterprise Policy and Standard
