Your Role as HVAC Technician:

As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality HVAC service, educating customers, and upholding the highest industry standards. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems while representing a brand built on trust and performance.

This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who enjoys solving problems, making an impact, and working in a team-first environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

🔹 Service & Repair

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues

🔹 Customer Service

• Educate customers on system conditions and recommended solutions
• Provide exceptional service with a positive, can-do attitude

🔹 Team Collaboration

• Communicate with dispatch and office teams to ensure efficient scheduling
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety protocols

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Stay current with industry knowledge and certifications

 

What You Need to Succeed:

 

✔ Key Competencies

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a commitment to safety and quality

✔ Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Certification and Tech Card
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Willingness to relocate to or commute to Beckley, WV
