Responsibilities

• The Quality RN supports and serves as a resource for hospital-wide Quality and performance improvement projects and timely review and reporting of quality performance standards.
• The position requires strong skills in communication, clinical evaluation, data collection, and data analysis.
• This position performs various functions within BMC Quality Department.
• Ongoing development of technical skills and interpersonal competencies, consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the organization, is necessary to provide an efficient and effective customer focused service to all hospital departments and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• A minimum of 1-3 years in acute care RN experience required

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
