Job Responsibilities

  • HVAC System Installation – Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems with a high level of quality workmanship
  • Customer Communication – Communicate with homeowners to provide a consistent, high-level customer experience, ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process
  • System Startup & Testing – Perform system startup on newly installed HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and address any immediate concerns
  • Documentation – Complete required paperwork for each job, ensuring accurate records of installation, service, and parts used
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with fellow installers and the service team to ensure smooth and efficient installations
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure work environment at all times
  • Product Knowledge – Stay informed about new HVAC technologies and installation techniques to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience – 3+ years of HVAC installation experience with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Teamwork – Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Technical Knowledge – Understanding of low-voltage control wiring and electrical connections
  • Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 80lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces as required for installations
  • Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Customer-Focused – Ability to provide exceptional service and communication with homeowners to ensure their satisfaction
  • Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail, ensuring each system is installed to the highest standards and functioning properly
