EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyCERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Licensed as an occupational therapist in WI, IL or both if required
CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire
NBCOT upon initial licensure only, as required
