Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice Carpenters for projects located in the San Diego, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Inspect each window perimeter before removal begins

• Carefully remove all existing deteriorated caulking and sealant without damaging:

  • Window frames

  • Glass

  • Façade surfaces

• Clean and prepare all window perimeter joints to ensure proper adhesion for the new sealant:

  • Remove dirt, debris, and any remaining residue

• Apply approved primer where required by the sealant manufacturer

• Install backer rod as necessary to achieve the proper joint depth and profile

• Apply high-performance, commercial-grade silicone sealant uniformly around each window perimeter

• Tool all joints to ensure a smooth, professional finish and a fully watertight seal
