Job Description

 

Our employee-owners enjoy a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.  We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join us in our Oakbrook Terrace, IL office.

 

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams. This role is a central part of the team and is involved in a variety of projects, including entering and maintaining data in Salesforce; assisting in the creation and maintenance of business development collateral; and facilitating the delivery of company engagement letters. The Business Development Coordinator will play an active role in learning about the different service lines and developing the group's and the firm's internal knowledge about its clients.

 

What you will be doing:

• Conduct contact and company research to support lead generation, marketing and business development.
• Assist in supporting and executing custom initiatives to advance business development goals.
• Create pitch presentations in PowerPoint to support prospect and partner meetings.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistent reporting.
• Working to ensure the accuracy and execution of engagement letters related to recurring projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

What do we look for in candidates?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Communications or Business preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, industry research, or client relations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to schedule changes, and work independently or collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated research skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and ability to thrive in a small company environment

Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
