    Primary Responsibilities

    The Director of Partner Excellence will support activities and projects at the intersection of Strategy & Transformation.  This role will collaborate with but not limited to: Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy & Category Management.  This position will lead strategic projects and process improvements that will transform the way KeHE does business, while driving top-line and EBIDTA growth.  As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

    Essential Functions

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supports and drives activities at the intersection of Strategy and Transformation; including but not limited to programs related to Customer onboarding’s, Supply Chain strategy, Operational Excellence, M&A’s, etc.
    • Facilitates new Customer Onboardings, ensuring cross-functional businesses execute as expected and any unique requirements are acknowledged and acted upon for continued partner success
    • Strong drive combined with solid business judgment to ensure recommendations can be executed successfully and risks managed through identification, assessment and implementation of process improvement programs to support critical Business Transformation initiatives.
    • Partner with but not limited to leaders & team members from Sales, Operations, IT, Business Development, Finance, Strategy, Category Management, etc. teams to align key business priorities
    • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies that drive operational excellence, accuracy, and scalability of solutions.
    • Builds & supports the tracking of KPI’s and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of Organizational projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Manage and mentor a team of enterprise influencers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
    • Owns business relationship(s) with key cross-functional Leaders & their project portfolio to enable strategic alignment & appropriate organizational visibility.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    • Carry out project management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
    • Delivers clear, compelling presentations to share findings and recommendations with a senior-level audience.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to manage and lead a team along with clear communication on goals and leadership.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
    • Consistently monitors, measures and provides project updates to leadership
    • Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, assignments, and other circumstances.
    • Extremely trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information or situations with discretion.
    • Ability to balance subject matter expertise with an enterprise mindset to support organizational projects & team priorities.
    • Fortitude to persevere when confronted with challenges and the creativity to develop alternate approaches.
    • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
    • Estimated travel requirements <10-15% or as needed

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or 10+ years of work experience.
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, supply chain, project management organization, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing people.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experince in strategy, Project Management Organization, Center of Excellence or a related field.
    • Experience with solutions like MS Project, Smartsheet’s, Monday.com ideal but not required.
    • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau highly desired.
