Job Description

 

This is a full-time, remote work-from-home position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States with flexible work arrangements across all time zones.

Join our dynamic team and make an impact by building strong client relationships and driving business growth. As a Client Success Manager, you will partner with clients in the Property & Casualty industry to understand their needs, manage account relationships, and support renewal and growth opportunities. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and consultative engagement.
  • Support client renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop an understanding of client businesses and the Property & Casualty industry to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and services.
  • Educates clients on best practices and encourages successful product adoption.
  • Ensures client awareness and understanding of applicable product elements, business practices, and contractual implications.
  • Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
  • Maintain account team relationships, transfer leads as appropriate, and foster cross-functional collaboration. 

 

 

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

 

Experience: 2-4 years in client-facing or sales-related roles. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or related industry experience required.

 

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Sales negotiation abilities. Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

 

Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of the P&C insurance industry desired.

 

Travel: Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

 

Internet: Must have reliable internet connection.

 

Location: Must be located in the United States and available to work across multiple time zones.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market.
