Overview

We are supporting a leading utility provider in the Washington, DC Metro area that is driving a high-visibility, multi-year Customer Growth Program. This initiative is critical to long-term growth and sustainability and includes 7–8 strategic workstreams—such as customer campaigns, system expansion, multi-family programs, and customer experience enhancements.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can bring strong governance, structure, reporting rigor, and relationship-building to this effort. If you thrive in cross-functional environments and excel at bringing clarity, KPIs, and decision-ready insights to leadership, this role is an excellent fit. • Partner closely with workstream owners, project team members, and senior stakeholders to drive progress, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.

  • Engage in onsite collaboration (not just via email) to build relationships, facilitate problem-solving, and contribute ideas to improve monthly project team meetings.

  • Roll up your sleeves and support both strategic and tactical efforts as needed—balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.

  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, budget, and governance standards.

  • Support business case and project charter development as needed
