Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Treasury team, with flexibility to hire at the II, III, or IV level based on experience. This role focuses on managing global Financial Service Provider (FSP) relationships, delivering business insights, and driving strategic value across the organization!

  • Manage Strategic Relationships & Insights - Build and execute global FSP relationship plans, deliver market intelligence, and recommend strategies to reduce risk, optimize costs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive Global Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams and global partners, facilitate communication across business units, and lead roundtables to align on banking and relationship needs.
  • Optimize Value Through Analytics - Analyze provider performance and service costs, track key metrics, research emerging technologies, and develop strategies to improve financial outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required
  • 2+ years of related experience in treasury, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, credit facilities, and global cash flow management
  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and global banking relationships

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • International business exposure preferred
  • Project management certification a plus

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$57000 - $101650 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role is hiring in Des Moines, IA and offers in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangements.

Job Level

We’ll consider talent at the Financial Analyst II, Financial Analyst III and Financial Analyst IV level based on experiences and skills.
