We're looking for an experienced learning program designer to write and create materials that transform curated learning paths into something that groups of learners can complete together with a facilitator. This role will help to build the playbook to guide learners through data & AI learning for AI Pathways for Professionals. AI Pathways for Professionals is a focused 6-8 week learning experience that creates a community-supported environment for targeted professional fields, bridging the gap between foundational AI education and the nuanced needs for a community of professionals. Key responsibilities will be creating a standard playbook that can be leveraged to create functional development programs, content strategy and curation of supporting materials for the hub and courses, and collaborative input on how to improve the learner experience. Apply this playbook an individual would create creating, writing and developing materials to guide learners for three existing pathways, partnering with the existing project team. This also will require critical consideration of how to partner with Data & AI Literacy efforts at the job and tool level.
Skills Needed:
Because this work is moving quickly, preference will be given to candidates who have foundational knowledge and/or interest in generative AI and concepts in data foundations.

Flexible on commitment, but total anticipated time commitment is 25-50% FTE on averaged across the 12 weeks.
