What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring an experienced Second Shift Residential HVAC Service Technician (2:00PM-10:00 PM) who’s confident in their technical ability, sharp with customers, and comfortable recommending solutions that make sense. If you're someone who takes pride in their work and likes a schedule that fits real life, second shift at Restano could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps)

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and maintenance

• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally

• Recommend needed repairs, replacements, or upgrades when appropriate

• Handle occasional after-hours emergencies (with backup and support)

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Confidence in recommending solutions that truly serve the homeowner

• EPA Certification (NATE a plus)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfort working independently during evening hours
