Overview

Barton Supply is looking for a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving environment that supports Colorado’s construction industry—this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload material including rebar, hardware, and construction products

• Pick, stage, and prep customer orders with accuracy

• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment (training provided!)

• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and yard spaces

• Assist with receiving, inventory, and material verification

• Support drivers, production teams, and front counter operations

• Follow all Barton Supply safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Prior warehouse, construction, steel yard, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work indoors/outdoors in all weather

• Basic math and measuring skills (tape measure experience a plus)

• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication

• Must be safety-minded and dependable

• Forklift experience helpful—Barton will certify you!

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and yard setting

• Exposure to outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind, snow)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–FridayOccasional Saturdays as business needs require.
