Responsibilities

The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them throughout their engagement and ensuring that their requests align with the guidelines specified within their contract. The specialist will facilitate client onboarding, ensuring smooth processes for the new clients while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients. This role also supports departmental operations by processing forms, monitoring and maintaining onboarding statuses, and maintaining shared documents.   This position may require travel to/from facilities and sites located throughout the Central Valley of California and CPP/CHS.   

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required   Experience• 3 years of administrative or related experience required• Experience in provider office, provider relations, Medical Staff office, credentialing, or payer enrollment environment preferred• EPIC experience preferred   Licenses and Certifications• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required
