✨ About the Role

Do you have the magic to turn an ordinary visit into an unforgettable experience? Do you love spreading smiles, excitement, and energy wherever you go? If so, Team Merlin wants YOU!

We’re looking for fun-loving, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. As a part-time Admissions Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests — welcoming them with warmth, providing information, and setting the stage for a magical visit.

 

You’ll help create lifelong memories while ensuring every guest has a safe, fun, and engaging experience from the moment they arrive.

 

🌟 Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm, friendliness, and energy.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process, helping guests get started on their adventure.

• Manage queues safely while keeping the experience fun and engaging.

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked public areas to create a magical first impression.

• Follow opening and closing procedures, supporting smooth daily operations.

• Adhere to health, safety, and security policies, including COVID-19 regulations, to ensure a safe environment for all guests and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
