We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Writer to join our Presales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in creating proposals, pitch decks, understanding tenders, and developing quotations. They must possess exceptional writing and communication skills and be adept at tailoring content to different audiences and business needs. The role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit compelling business proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and quotations that align with client requirements and business objectives.
• Analyse and interpret tender documents to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Ensure proposals are structured, persuasive, and designed to increase the likelihood of winning business opportunities.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen proposal strategies.
• Maintain a database of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials for efficiency in future submissions.
• Proofread and edit proposals to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in messaging.
• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications and prerequisites

• 2-5 years of proven experience in proposal writing, pitch deck creation, and understanding tenders and quotations.
• Strong ability to write persuasive and high-impact content tailored to different stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal management tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
