Axient is seeking an Aircraft Resources Scheduler to provide range configuration and test scheduling support to the 40th Flight Test Squadron at Eglin AFB, FL. 

What you will do...

• Advise and assist the 40 FLTS with detailed test range configuration set up and scheduling using the Consolidated Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) software systems.
• Assist the Range Group, Operations Group, Maintenance Group, and 53rd Wing personnel to help develop the schedule.
• Attend recurring and special task meetings to maintain awareness of requirements and actively propose solutions/trade-offs when the government prioritizes activities.
• Provide assistance with inputs based on 40 FLTS test resource requirements and schedules.
• Advising activities may include assisting government and contractor engineers to plan windows of opportunity for specific tests, recommending which aircraft receive specific modifications, advising which aircraft and associated instrumentation can accomplish specific activities and addressing issues/concerns with gaining or losing aircraft.
• Provide assistance with coordinating the use and availability of range resources and test assets needed to support 40 FLTS testing.
• Provide assistance with integrating various inputs into reports and documents for management review and approval, brief management on aircraft and resources status as requested, and participate in government led, strategic planning meetings.

Skills you will need...

• Active SECRET clearance is required (investigation within the last ten years).
• Two years of Eglin Range O&M scheduling experience. Experienced user of Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE).
• Strong interpersonal skills and work well in small teams. Strong communicator with outgoing personality
• Experienced user with windows operating systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently.
