Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Fiberglass Batt Installers for projects located in and around Wilm, NC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $24/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Fiberglass Batt Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

• Measuring and cutting batts to fit, stapling them into place, ensuring there are no gaps or compression that would reduce effectiveness
• Caulking and sealing small gaps or cracks around windows doors or wall joints
• Spraying canned foam to seal small gaps around pipes wires and window frames
• Preparing areas before batts are installed like sealing gaps with caulk or foam and ensuring the area is clean/dry
• Other tasks as assigned
