Overview

At Outbound Stowe, we don’t just clean rooms or fix things we craft experiences. As a Houseperson Technician, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our spaces running smoothly and looking their best. From delivering extra towels to resetting a smoke detector or tackling a paint touch-up, your day will bring a little bit of everything — and a whole lot of guest satisfaction.

You’ll be more than a helper or a handyman; you’ll be an essential part of creating memorable stays. With a mix of maintenance know-how, housekeeping care, and a service-first mindset, you’ll turn everyday moments into exceptional experiences.

As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
  • Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement
  • An employee assistance program.
  • Paid time off/sick time
  • Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.
  • Team member free room night program.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment meet Outbound Stowe’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
  • Assist housekeeping with linen delivery, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, or wiping down surfaces in guest or public areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls and requests, from delivering extra items to resolving minor maintenance issues.
  • Provide friendly, solution-oriented service with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Complete small repairs and upkeep tasks including unclogging toilets, touching up paint, replacing light bulbs, fixing loose fixtures, and resetting smoke detectors.
  • Conduct visual inspections of rooms and public areas, reporting or addressing maintenance issues proactively.
  • Support preventive maintenance schedules and assist with general repairs under the direction of the Maintenance team
