Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic level of set-up, monitor, operate and adjust some of the following machines as applicable: Burnishing, Lapping, Injection Mold, Parylene Coating and Vision
- Must be able to learn how to choose proper machinery as specified by task and WO.
- Must be able to learn how to clock on jobs and clock off jobs on a daily basis.
- Check parts for defects and foreign material before loading and running any machine.
- Must be able to wash, load and unload parts in and out of the oven.
- Ensure that parts are washed carefully.
- Must be to learn which media type can be used for each specific job when burnishing.
- Perform basic level of set-up, monitor, operate and adjust some of the following machines as applicable: Burnishing, Lapping, Injection Mold, Parylene Coating and Vision.
- Must be able to learn and use most instruments such as a micrometer, caliper, scales and other instruments as needed
- In burnishing will be responsible to clean the trenches & pit area, sweep and mop floor as necessary.
- Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certified
- Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the Fair-Rite Safety and Health Policy.
Qualifications
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 – 3 months on the job training and/or experience related to operating multiple machinery and work on multiple projects at the same time
Preferred Education / Experience Requirements:
- Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate
- 1 month on the job training and/or experience operating multiple machinery and work on multiple projects at the same time
