Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

• Develop personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents rebuild strength and confidence.

• Guide and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

• Collaborate with nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other team members to deliver holistic care.

• Keep up with documentation and productivity standards (we keep it manageable).

• Most importantly — be a trusted partner and advocate for your patients’ health journeys.

Qualifications

✔️ A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program✔️ A valid (or pending!) state PT license — new grads welcome✔️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before hire)✨ Bonus points if you’ve worked in acute care, long-term care, or senior rehab — but not a dealbreaker.
