Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
  • Ensure technicians are routed efficiently and arrive on time
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
  • Support the sales team with administrative coordination and follow-ups
  • Contribute to sales growth through upselling, lead management, and customer engagement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination and dispatching (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset
