TOLL LANDSCAPE, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the branch in Colmar, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

 

The Senior Landscape Administrator is responsible for reviewing the Toll Landscape job cost/overhead information and transactions to determine accurate submission for multiple areas independently. This role may enter, update and follow-up for the accounting and administrative support functions. In addition to supporting and implementing the continuous process improvement initiatives.

 

What are the primary responsibilities? 

• Review, correct and audit all accounting information and operational reports to provide feedback and ensure accurate record keeping
• Assist in the continual process improvement initiatives – testing new procedures and reports, provide feedback on functionality and assist in rollout to the organization
• Track, identify, research, and summarize data to present to Toll Landscape leaders for decision making and update as needed
• Assist in the month end close for accounting’s deadline following a predefined checklist – review reports, reconcile transactions, prepare spreadsheets, and make accounting entries
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

• Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
• When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely
• Ability to review reports, identify variances, research transactions, and summarize findings
• Willingness to learn accounting principles and functions
• Proficiency using Excel and working knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work with employees among multiple departments

Do you have these qualifications? 

• Essential:
  • High School Diploma
  • 4+ years’ experience administrative or office management
  • Experience analyzing, reviewing, and summarizing reports
  • Familiarity with Construction based Accounting software
• Preferred:
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Management
  • Office experience working with a Landscape Construction operation
