As an AAHA-accredited, full-service hospital that handles everything from emergencies to exotics, we’re expanding our Urgent Care team and looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician (or enrolled vet tech student) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in.

🐾 What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be right in the action, supporting urgent cases alongside our doctors and techs.
Expect to:
Triage patients and assist with critical care cases
Prep and monitor emergency surgeries
Run in-house diagnostics and lab work
Educate clients and communicate effectively in high-stress situations
Work with a variety of species—we’ll train you!
✅ What You Bring:
Current Ohio RVT license or enrolled in an AVMA-accredited tech program
Strong skills and even stronger communication
Calm, focused energy in fast-paced settings
Willingness to jump in wherever needed (because teamwork is everything here)
🗓 Schedule:
Full-time position: 4 shifts/week (8–10 hours each)
Evenings & weekends required on a rotating schedule
Flexibility matters—we’ll do our best to work with your availability
💸 Pay & Perks:
$22–$28/hr based on experience
+$2/hr shift differential during Urgent Care hours

The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) supports the operation of an animal hospital by providing medical care to patients in accordance with veterinary practice regulations. The RVT guides and trains medical support staff, ensures smooth workflow during shifts, and communicates effectively with team members and clients.
Note: The Registered Veterinary Technician title is used in the following states based on state-specific licensing and credentialing requirements: Alaska, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Kentucky. Responsibilities may vary depending on the hospital and/or state. Responsibilities will be outlined by the state’s Veterinary Practice Act and/or the responsible veterinarian, where applicable
