Dignity Health Medical Group – North State, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our established orthopedic practice and help build a Sports Medicine program in beautiful Redding, California. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation Range: $635,000 - $700,000 / Year
  • Competitive salary guarantee, paid malpractice

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate orthopedic and sports medicine care in both clinic and hospital settings.

  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries, perform arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.

  • Collaborate with fellow orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers to deliver comprehensive care.

  • Participate in program development, community outreach, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Sports Medicine

  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA certification

  • Strong surgical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
