Overview

***INTRADEPARTMENTAL APPLICANTS ONLY***The System and Technology Administrator Senior is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance management and development system across the organization. As a subject matter expert in business applications, this individual oversees day-to-day operations and collaborates with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness in operations, troubleshooting, reporting and configuration of the organization?s talent management system. Working without supervision, the System and Technology Administrator Senior also provides assistance and guidance to team members on unusual or complex situations and issues related to the performance management and development system.

 

Responsibilities

 

***INTRADEPARTMENTAL APPLICANTS ONLY***Conducts regular audits of the enterprise performance management system to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with organizational standards.Performs consulting and analysis of department workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues to understand and translate desired functionality into system configurations and workflow validations.Plans, prepares and executes test scripts for application testing, new release testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.Documents test results, design, change control, system problems and internal procedures according to departmental standards.Provides technical application support, triage and troubleshooting for system applications.Monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation and data integrity, and appropriately escalates any issues or problems.Provides the necessary experience and knowledge to ensure all aspects of the application(s) integrate with the other cross functional applications utilized by the organization.Assists with the implementation and support of new technology systems.Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:Required: Bachelors degree

 

EXPERIENCE:Required: 8-10 years of recent related systems application experience

 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required: HCM specific certification
