POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in reviewing, tracking, and updating curriculum maps for educational program objectives, competency, content, and assessment alignment.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in curriculum management systems and tracking tools.
- Cross-reference course content in Canvas with program, course, and session learning objectives, in addition to supporting keyword tagging.
- Help prepare materials for curriculum subcommittee meetings, as needed.
- Conduct basic research on USMLE content expectations, LCME accreditation standards, and curriculum best practices for medical education.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to gather curriculum-related information.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking changes, and generating reports.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Submit timely and accurate time logs in accordance with Federal Work-Study requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
- Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study funding as determined by the Office of Student Financial Services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The Office of Medical Education – Education Support Services team is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated work-study student to assist with curriculum mapping and revisions projects. This role supports the ongoing development and maintenance of the MD curriculum program by helping to document alignment between course content, learning objectives, keywords, and program competencies.
