Overview

Join us to launch a brand-new production line and become the go-to expert and coach for welding and brazing. Fully covered training in France included.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize welding/brazing processes

• Provide daily technical support to production from the brazing side

• Train and mentor welding/brazing personnel; lead trials and qualifications

• Ensure brazing quality: run inspections and drive corrective actions

• Create and maintain documentation for brazing processes and equipment

• Safeguard compliance with PED/UL and all safety standards

• Support tooling and fixture design for welding/brazing

• Use Lean/Six Sigma methods to boost efficiency and cut defect

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Welding, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field

• 3–5+ years’ experience in welding/brazing engineering

• Solid English communication skills and fluent Hungarian 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems

• Strong communicator with resilience, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a learning mindset

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and UL compliance systems

• Experience as a process/manufacturing engineer

• Lean/Six Sigma experience

• 3D design skills (e.g., Solid Edge, AutoCAD)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
