About This Role

Kidde Global Solutions is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Global Revenue Management organization, focusing on supporting our Edwards Signaling business. The candidate will utilize data analytics and business expertise to provide insights and recommendations to business leadership, driving measurable impact on the company’s growth goals. They will collaborate with key functions to identify pricing opportunities to meet revenue and margin goals. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive pricing strategy and execution for the signaling business

  • Align pricing strategies with key business objectives, including financial targets, market segmentation, and brand positioning

  • Manage customer and channel price lists

  • Identify and interpret market issues, trends, and competitor actions to determine and implement appropriate pricing adjustments

  • Evaluate the financial impact and strategic value of new and existing customer support and promotional programs to drive market share and margin growth

  • Provide strategic support to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams, leveraging data and stakeholder expertise to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue and profitability

  • Assess current pricing processes and propose/implement enhancements to simplify, improve efficiency, and ensure robust control.

  • Develop deep understanding of the commercialization of Signaling product.

  • Collects and analyzes economic, target market information and competitive intelligence to provide market insights.

  • Prepares competitive analysis, market assessments, industry analysis and portfolio evaluations to support strategy and partnership decisions.

  • Monitors progress of target segment business growth to ensure the implementation of appropriate market segmentation initiatives.

  • Stays abreast of industry or business trends via customers, competitors, suppliers and professional organizations.

  • Develops tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets and outputs, to ensure effective management of data access, record and analysis for market and business intelligence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or revenue management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline

  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / Data Visualization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • JD Edwards experience a plus, but not required

  • Strong data mining, aggregation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to interact and work with management and within a cross-functional team environment

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits: 

The base salary range for this role is $100,300.00 – $118,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
