As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including further education and online/in-person courses to enhance their skills
At Cleveland Clinic’s Euclid Hospital, our Chronic Care Clinics (CCC) are dedicated to supporting patients living with chronic conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), and Hypertension. We understand the challenges these diagnoses can bring, and our mission is to enhance patients' quality of life—whether they are newly diagnosed, managing a long-term condition or transitioning home after a hospital or skilled nursing facility stay. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to bridge the gap between physician and hospital care through proactive health monitoring, education and personalized support. We strive to create a positive patient experience by fostering strong, ongoing relationships between patients and care teams, ensuring coordinated communication and continuity across all providers.
A caregiver in this role works part-time 7:30am to 4:00pm. Days/schedules will vary based on facility needs.
