The 3 South Medical/Surgical Unit at Hillcrest Hospital is part of a new expansion and features 11 private beds. This unit provides comprehensive medical care for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including heart failure, COPD, infections, gastrointestinal (GI) bleeds, and more. As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support the nurse manager by providing clinical supervision and unit coordination. This position offers a great way to gain extensive leadership experience while continuing to provide the best support and treatment possible.
A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with 3 weekend shifts within a six-week period, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday per year requirements.
