Job Summary:
The Commercial Account Manager – Print serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, responsible for driving strategic growth and managing complex customer relationships within the commercial segment. In this role, you will apply deep industry and solution knowledge to address sophisticated business challenges, shaping tailored approaches that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
You will lead and influence cross-functional efforts, partnering with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies, improve processes, and deliver impactful solutions. Operating with a high degree of independence, you will navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions across a range of variables to achieve business outcomes.
As a key representative of the organization, you will engage regularly with external customers and stakeholders, building credibility and strengthening long-term partnerships. You will also play a role in guiding best practices, contributing to strategic initiatives, and supporting the development of others through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Salary
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $195,450 to $308,000 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
