REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Must have an LMSW, or Masters in Counseling or related field with license.• Must be fingerprinted and cleared by the New York State Justice Center.• Skilled in conflict mediation/negotiation and has an assertive approach to problem-solving.• Ability to transfer knowledge and skills in areas such as, but not limited to: engagement, harmreduction, motivational interviewing, conflict mediation.• Ability to maintain confidential information, as related to position.• Beneficial for candidate to have experience working within a Supportive Housing setting. • Computer literate in Microsoft suite, skill sets in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
