Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position uses their occupational therapy expertise in the area of functional performance to assess a patient's level of independence, establish attainable goals, and develop/implement a patient-specific treatment plan so that patients are able to achieve their highest level of functioning for activities of daily living.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy (With 6 month clinical internship)
• Washington State DOH Occupational Therapy
• Certification CPR
