Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) is seeking a Pre-Clinical Imaging Technologist to support the cancer research activities at the Lurie Family Imaging Center (LFIC). The LFIC is a state-of-the-art 14,000-square foot preclinical imaging facility, equipped with preclinical in vivo imaging capabilities, including Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT), Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound Imaging (US), Optical Imaging (BLI/ FLI), and image-guided radiation therapy, in order to support investigators with their research programs and studies using innovative and relevant imaging strategies. The interdisciplinary in vivo translational and experimental therapeutics studies conducted at the LFIC are focused on cancer, with an emphasis on in vivo pharmacology and the assessment of novel cancer therapeutics, multimodality imaging of cancer, molecular imaging of pharmacodynamic efficacy, development of novel imaging probes, and target validation. The Senior Pre-Clinical Imaging Technologist will integrate with a highly skilled team of preclinical Technologists and Scientists, and report directly to the LFIC Director. He/she will execute PET/SPECT in-vivo imaging mouse studies. They may also contribute to other conventional cancer pharmacology studies. He/she must be able to work in a team environment, contribute intellectually and technically to the setting, and work in compliance with the local, state, federal and regulations and guidelines.

Mon-Fri, some nights and weekends will be required.
Pay Transparency Statement
The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
