This advanced building brings every stage of care under one roof, featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery, stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional operating rooms and expanded ambulatory, infusion, imaging, EMG, sleep and rehabilitation services. As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace where fellow caregivers can support patients and deliver world-class treatments. A caregiver in this position works full-time| M-F| 8:00am—4:30pm or 8:30am—5:00pm| no weekends or holidays| Hybrid after 90 days.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
Update, monitor and manage databases.
Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress.
Report discrepancies and variances.
Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
Attend meetings and records key outcomes.
Support all office administrative functions.
Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience
OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
Solid communication and customer service skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related fieldHealthcare experience or related organization
Knowledge of project management and communication practices
Healthcare experience or related organization
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
