Joining our Great America team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service and cleanliness when they visit the park.

You’ll also…

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of the Park Services Department.
• Oversee associate recruitment, training, scheduling, corrective action, performance appraisals, and development and promotions of supervisory staff.
• Promote and enforce park/department standards and goals.
• Participate in the Departmental Duty Manager program.
• Manage budgets, cost control and long-term planning within department.
• Liaise with outside service contractors and oversee park waste management operation/equipment.
• Promote hospitality and interaction with park guests.
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications

• You!
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Summer/Fall operation.
• We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts.
  • **Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
  • This includes Holidays such as Memorial Day!
