Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for projects located in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the prevailing wage is $41.24/hour. Job Scope:     

• Concrete cutting, coring and drilling 
• Utilize specialized equipment such as core drills, diamond-tipped bits and saws to cut precise holes and openings in concrete structures
• Perform routine maintenance on coring equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate records of work performed including the location and dimensions of core holes, drilling depths and any unusual conditions encountered during coring operations
• Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy and cleanliness of coring work 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during coring operations such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected challenges in the concrete structure

 

Requirements

• Must have proven experience as a concrete coring technician or similar role in the construction industry
• Knowledge of concrete cutting coring and drilling techniques
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment used in concrete coring
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must have a valid drivers license
