Job Description

FLINT is seeking Labourers with 5 years' experience for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting on May 19th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, 12-hour workdays, Camp arrangement, Fly In / Fly Out from the flight hubs - Calgary/Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and construction within oil and gas industry.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
  • Confined Space Entry and Monitor
  • Fire Watch/Spark Watch
  • Gas Testing
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
