We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team! We are hiring for our clinics throughout Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
As a new grad at Metro, you’ll receive individualized mentorship, hands-on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You’ll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team that truly values your growth.
New Grad Support Programs
Mentorship Program
We offer an exclusive mentorship program for all clinicians with under 3 years of experience. This program is designed to help you strengthen your clinical reasoning, refine your hands-on skills, and build confidence as an independent practitioner.
Leadership Programs
For therapists looking to grow and advance their careers, we offer two structured leadership development programs designed to help you not only strengthen your clinical skills but also gain the knowledge, support, and tools to excel as a future leader in the field.
Board Exam Support
We understand the challenges that come with preparing for the NPTE. That’s why we offer in-house 1:1 board exam tutoring to help you feel confident and prepared.
Touro OCS Residency Partnership
Metro’s partnership with Touro University offers a unique opportunity to pursue your Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency while working full-time as a Metro employee. The program takes 12-18 months to complete and Metro covers the entire cost!
