Embark at Berwyn is seeking part-time Clinical Support Staff to join our passionate team in the Berwyn area. Position DetailsHourly Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE)Schedule: Part-time, flexible availability Monday–Friday (morning and evening hours; M/W/F preferred)Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM–7:00 PMLocation: 1031 Old Cassatt Rd, Suite 100, Berwyn, PA 19312

 

What You’ll DoAs Clinical Support Staff, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and clients. You will assist with group facilitation, client check-ins, and skill-building activities that promote emotional regulation. You’ll prepare and maintain group rooms, attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, and foster positive relationships with clients, families, and staff. Maintaining a clean and organized environment is essential, along with performing other duties as needed to ensure smooth program operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
  • Prepare and maintain group rooms to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed and build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned to keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
  • Experience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. old
  • Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a state background check
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
