Job Title: Store Manager  Location: 4 Points Market and Eatery – 645 Boynton Beach Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL  Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Saturday  Pay: Salaried position commensurate with experience and growth – starting at  $50,000+  Position Type: Full-Time

Your Role as Store Manager:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations—ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, developing your team, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position requires  hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and deep understanding of convenience store operations, including fuel and food service management, margins, and inventory control. 

Key Responsibilities:

 Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, coach, and motivate all store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team culture that aligns with company values.
• Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to promote individual and team growth.

 Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day store operations including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising to optimize margins and minimize waste.
• Review pricing and product mix daily to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

 Customer & Business Development

• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with ownership on promotions, community events, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing

  Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance, cleanliness, and operational consistency.

 Other Duties as Assigned

• Step into any role as needed (cashiering, stocking, food service).
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Wear appropriate uniform and safety gear.

What You Need to Succeed:

 Key Competencies

• Proven experience in convenience store (C-Store) operations and understanding of retail margins and profitability drivers.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, fuel station operations, and loss prevention best practices.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe Manager required).
• Minimum 5+ years in retail or convenience store management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in premium or high-volume retail environments preferred.
