Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Pipe Welders for projects located in the North Wilkesboro, NC area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Weld carbon steel plate and pipe in all positions

• Perform pipe fitting and fabrication on 4" to 6" pipe

• Complete track welding, plate welding, and structural welding tasks

• Assist with vessel extension and modification work throughout the facility

• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and layout diagrams

• Cut, prep, bevel, and fit pipe and plate prior to welding

• Work with grinders, torches, magnetic drills, and standard fabrication tools

• Support installation of new components on large industrial vessels

• Perform quality checks to verify weld integrity, alignment, and accuracy
