Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and repairing production facilities and equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime. This position requires a hands-on, skilled individual with strong troubleshooting abilities and the flexibility to assist field personnel across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Order materials and coordinate work activities.
- Supervise contract lease crews as needed.
- Maintain production facilities and equipment in good operating order.
- Assist Pumpers/Operators with troubleshooting production equipment issues.
- Repair and service production equipment components including:
- Dump valves
- Level controllers
- Back pressure valves
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety standards and operational best practices
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Pecos, TX.
- Stable, consistent work history.
- Proven experience performing mechanical maintenance on oilfield or production equipment such as dump valves, level controllers, and back pressure valves required.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with field operations teams.
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, MVR check, agility/fit for duty test.
