Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 1 year experience working with dialysis in an acute care setting

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

• BLS

One of the following:

• Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT)
• Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)

Responsibilities

Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Infirmary Health (IH) standards of quality to ensure quality of care and continuity of care delivery.
