Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of transport temperature control systems. You’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and installations with precision, contributing to high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics and perform efficient, high-standard repairs on transport temperature control systems.
• Execute routine maintenance procedures with consistency and quality.
• Service, repair, and install Auxiliary Power Units with high attention to detail.
• Practice exceptional housekeeping within the work environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
• Complete all documentation and reports
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Foundational understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (training provided)
• EPA 608 Type II and 609 certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license 
• Willingness to work overtime and travel for training or customer support
• Ownership of a quality set of hand tools is preferred
