Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are executed on time and within scope. But this is more than timelines and task lists — you’ll also work alongside experts in data analytics, community engagement, and clinical trial innovation to bring insight-rich strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality execution of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Consult to refine project strategies that lead to demonstrable business impact for clients
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
  • Serve as the primary party responsible for day-to-day project execution and tracking
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial parameters
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data and insights teams to translate metrics into actionable project decisions
  • Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring all parties are kept informed of progress and changes
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver regular updates to accountable leadership and clients, including project performance reports
  • Engage with stakeholders proactively to gather insights, address concerns, and ensure alignment with their needs

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish — required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (PMP certification a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to operate in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with or alongside data analytics teams is a plus
  • Maintain excellent client relationships that lead to repeat business.
  • Willingness to travel 25% – 30% domestically and internationally, as needed
